Thanks to myself first and then to Bob (Duffy) McDonough, for being able to become a non-smoker.   I had the pleasure of speaking to Bob while playing a game on the internet.  As soon as he heard I was at yet another attempt to quit smoking he jumped in.  He offered support, personal and online support at beatnicotine and puttersfromheaven.  I read his "advice" column on how to become a non-smoker and now I have achieved what the mind believed.   Thank you to Bob and to beatnicotine.com for the advice and support.
